But you know what I’m most looking forward to about the 8123 tour? All the friends that I’m going to be able to see that I haven’t seen in forever. To me, that’s one of the best things about music and touring; it’s ability to bring all different kinds of people together and give life to so many beautiful relationships.
These Four Words- The Maine
From “Forever Halloween” out TODAY on iTunes!
Here’s a little tease of the new record, but it’s definitely worth dropping by your local music spot or hitting up iTunes for. This album is definitely worth the money and the listen. The guys in The Maine have done it again and released music above par!
Mountain- Good Charlotte
This is still such a good fucking song. I fucking miss this band.
Lithium- Nirvana
It’s music like this that makes me really wish I was just a few years older so I would have been old enough to really appreciate it and experience it in the moment.
There have been so many rumblings in the music world, especially my own, lately. We’d all like to think that the bands we grew up with were infallible and they would be around forever and at any given point in our lives, we’d be able to turn to that band. Their mere existence would bring us a sense of solace. We’d turn to the comfort of their familiarity and be embraced by warmth of knowing they were still there. Realistically, part of me always knew this wouldn’t be the case. People change so it shouldn’t be surprising that bands and musicians change too.
Kinda surprised by how much I really enjoy this song.
True Colors (Cyndi Lauper Cover)
I really dig this cover. I really want them to release this so I can’t get a better quality audio then this one ripped from the video (since I am a stickler for quality, although this isn’t BAD at all).
New cover of “You” by the pretty reckless… done by me! Hope you like it!
